Piss and Vinegar

The latest research out of Japan suggests that a daily intake of vinegar will boost your body’s ability to burn fat. Nice! The researchers fed two groups of mice a high-fat diet, supplementing one group with a daily dose of the main chemical in vinegar. The group that consumed the acetic acid developed less body fat than the ones that didn’t have any. In a follow-up study with human subjects, three teaspoons of vinegar diluted in two cups of water daily experienced similar results after 12 weeks. Go ahead, toss your salad with vinegar instead of those creamy dressings and sprinkle a healthy dose of it onto your steamed veggies. Than burn baby burn!
